NSI-Label will launch the Eco Sheet Cutter SC3011Pro+, the latest in intelligent cutting technology, at the Africa Print Johannesburg Expo. The event takes place 9-11 September on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, at Gallagher Convention Centre.

Now available exclusively through the company’s distribution and support network, this state-of-the-art sheet cutter combines precision, performance, and versatility, designed to meet the rigorous demands of the label and packaging industry.

The SC3011Pro+ sets a new benchmark in sheet cutting with its double-knife head design, capable of half-cut, full-cut, point-cut, indentation, and drawing functions, all in one machine. Its CCD camera system enables accurate QR code recognition and cutting path recall, while automatic camera offset calibration ensures unmatched cutting precision.

Built for flexibility, the SC3011Pro+ offers multiple connectivity options including USB, Wi-Fi, U-Disk, offline mode, and network cable integration. With tool-free disassembly, a 10.9cm capacitive touchscreen, and multi-functional autonomous software, the machine ensures easy operation and seamless integration into various workflows. It supports file formats via CutArtist, CorelDRAW, and Illustrator plug-ins.

The cutter handles a wide range of materials such as cardboard, PVC, PET, special and ordinary stickers, and coated or metallic label media. With a maximum cutting size of 300 x 483mm, and sheet feeding capacity of up to 100 self-adhesive sheets, the SC3011Pro+ is engineered for high-speed, high-precision production environments.

FFC-2 Auto Feeding Flatbed Cutting Machine

NSI-Label will also showcase its FFC-2 auto feeding flatbed cutting machine, which includes intelligent operation, real-time monitoring and five knife head design. The machine features multi-tool sets (vibrating knives, bevel cutters, towing knives, wheel presses and pen pressure tools) for more material applications. The self-developed operating system with self-developed software and plug-ins makes it easier to work with.

Equipped with safety protection devices, it can monitor the running status in real time, give timely warnings in case of abnormal situations and ensure the safety of operators. The intelligent light-assisted positioning system ensures the accurate placement of materials, effectively prevents the deviation of materials and improves cutting accuracy.

It has a high degree of automation and can run with unattended operation, liberate manpower and reduce production costs.

Additional features include back cutting technology, and direct material loading by forklift. The whole pallet is loaded at one go, which saves loading time, meets the production needs for a long period and doubles the efficiency.

Applicable materials include: packaging boxes and bags, paper board, corrugated board, grey cardboard, PVC and KT plates, paper bags and envelopes, and table tags.
