NSI LABEL will exhibit its new cutting solution at the Africa Print Expo, taking place from 11-13 September at the Gallagher Convention Centre, 9am-5pm.
The NSI ASF420 flatbed cutter, which includes plug-in software and automatic camera scanning, is ideal for short-run and medium-sized production and samples of packaging, swing tickets and even labels.
It processes material including paper, card, carton, synthetics, corrugated board films and labels, up to 600gsm, and features QR code technology for mixed document cuts and precise corner mark points.
It handles print and craft paper stickers, cosmetics labels, A4 synthetic paper, wine labels and 200g cardboard. Using advanced digital contour cutting technology, the flatbed cutter follows artwork cut lines drawn in Adobe® Illustrator® or CorelDRAW®.
With no cutting dies required, the sheets are produced to any shape, instantly and directly from the desktop.
It can handle full cutting, half cutting, creasing and even drawing. It also features fully automated, kiss-cutting of sheet label, full cut and crease production, with impressive accuracy. Additional features include smooth paper feeding, a high precision servo motor and fast speed.
